“SHINE”
KSF Some Just Shine - For those of you in love with draft crosses and who are looking for something unique, I am so proud to introduce you to this exceptional young gelding, KSF SOME SHINE! “Shine” is a 2019 GHA (Gypsy Horse Association) Gypsy / AQHA Gelding. Sired by GVHS R DORADO, who goes back to Gypsy stallions ST CLARIONS and THE BUSINESS, and out of a SHINING SPARK bred AQHA mare, this young man brings forward the best of both breeds with all of his beauty, bone, and brains! Shine is a STUNNING silver dapple. Not to be confused with a chocolate palomino. Shine is a black horse with a silver gene. With a luxurious mane and tail, this gelding has hair for days but not too much leg feathering, which makes for lighter maintenance. Not only is Shine EASY on the eyes, but he is a kind and willing individual, too! He has been used for a variety of tasks on the ranch, has been schooled in the arena, has been hauled to a few small shows, has been used as a turn back horse, and has been to town to enjoy the sights! He has taken everything in stride and enjoys being out with his rider. He is super smooth to ride, athletic, and incredibly easygoing for such a young individual. Shine stands 15.1 hands and is heavily made while not being overly drafty. Shine could easily excel in the areas of western dressage, ranch riding/ranch versatility, ranch roping, mounted archery, mounted shooting, mounted patrol, parades, etc. He is already a nice leisure riding horse and would make a tremendous prospect for packing and mountain riding. Hollywood Busy - This young gelding really is a class act! Royally bred with Busy Winin Chex, Nu Chex To Cash, Two Eyed Red Buck and Gallo Del Cielo ON THE PAPERS! Hollywood Busy, affectionately known as “Barry”, is such a quiet minded, willing gelding and only four years old! Barry has been enjoyed on the ranch both inside and outside of the arena and out on the trails. Barry is a sensible individual with an independent nature, so he isn’t buddy sour and he’s not a spooky sort either. He’s used to dogs afoot, cattle, other horses, and general ranch commotion. Mr Magic Faith - Are you ready to fall in love? Because this gorgeous gelding is sure to steal your heart! Mr Magic Faith aka “Magic” is a 2016 APHA grullo gelding. Magic is a BIG boy with an even bigger heart! He has tons of personality and loves people! He stands 15.2 + hands and is a solid, shapey gelding with clean legs and great feet. He is currently barefoot and easily handles our gravel roads.
Magic is a very nicely broke gelding who has quite the resume for such a young horse. He has done 4-H shows, playdays and drill team. He has cut cattle, sorted and ranch roped. He’s been used in clinics, goes English as well (has even jumped a little) and rides bareback too! And of course, he’s enjoyable out on the trails. Magic is a confident individual who doesn’t need a buddy to be happy (except you) and isn’t prone to spook. Check out this beautiful, black Quarter Horse gelding “Remi.” Eleven this year, Remi stands 14.3 hands and is a really classy, well broke gelding with quite the resume.
From ranch work to playdays to the arena and trails, Remi has done a little bit of it all. He has been roped off of in and outside of the arena. He has pushed, penned and sorted cattle. He has been schooled in the arena, been used to pony colts and has been enjoyed for trails and camping.
Remi is a bit of a stoic personality. He is serious about his job and goes right to work without a fuss. He is not spooky or buddy sour, and he is very consistent under saddle. Remi would best suit intermediate level riders and experienced youth riders 12 + as he does have “go” when asked. Make your Christmas dreams come true with this stunning, young Gypsy x Paint gelding! Apollo is such a special individual. He is full of personality and is so much fun! This guy really enjoys human interaction and loves attention. Apollo is a young man, at only four, and already he is extremely levelheaded, agreeable and gentle.
Apollo has been enjoyed out on the trails and on the ranch. He has pushed, penned and gathered cattle and has even been roped off of. He is a nice solid and confident mount on the trail who isn’t spooky, over reactive or buddy sour. He would suit most confident beginners + for trails, camping, etc. Apollo has recently been getting schooled in the arena where he is doing very well, but a more knowledgeable rider would be best to keep him correct in this area. Apollo has lots of natural elevation and extension to his movements. He would make a suburb cowboy dressage or english riding prospect. He shows an interest in jumping as well.

“HUGO”
“Hugo” is a gorgeous 11 yr. old jet-black Quarter Horse gelding. He stands 14.3 hands, and he is STOUT! Just check out that hip! Not only is Hugo handsome, but he is one of the sweetest horses that I’ve had the pleasure to be around.
Hugo is seasoned and solid and will suit nearly anyone, including youth riders. Hugo has been enjoyed out on the trails as well as in the arena. He has been used to push and pen cattle, has pasture and pen roped and has come out of the box a handful of times.
Hugo is easy going and is not spooky or buddy sour. He is an uncomplicated gelding, who is eager to please and easy to get along with. Hugo would fit well on the family ranch and be a blast for camping and trails too! With Hugo’s resume and temperament, he could go in many directions!

Jokers Prince Charming - I am so proud to introduce you to this incredible 2016 registered champagne draft x gelding Jokers Prince Charming aka “Prince.” Prince really is a prince among horses and is truly the horse of a lifetime.
This young gelding is super personable and sweet and is also nicely broke. Prince stands 15.2 hands and has lots of size while not being overly drafty. He is slow legged and extremely smooth. Prince has been roped off of and has been used to pick up on too. He’s pushed and gathered cattle in the brush, has had some schooling in the arena, and has been enjoyed out on the trails! He would make a fabulous western dressage prospect, ranch versatility/ranch riding competitor or mounted patrol horse. The directions you could take this handsome, young gelding are truly endless! Prince really enjoys people and will make someone an extraordinary best friend. Prince is a very sensible mount but due to his young age I would recommend him for a confident intermediate / experienced level rider. I’d love to see Prince paired with someone who will really make him a priority and bring him into his full potential and enjoy him.

Watch Red River Dee - “Baron” is a 2013 AQHA gelding and a big boy who stands a solid 15.2 hands and weighs in over 1200lbs. This classy, high caliber gelding is all Pitzer bred. If you aren’t familiar with this line of horses, it’s definitely worth a look up. These horses excelled at roping, reining, cow horse and halter! This gelding’s quality shines through with his size, build, bone and disposition! Baron is that lovely red dun color with chrome but not only is he nice to look at, he is nice to handle and ride as well! This guy is a super quiet, uncomplicated gelding who isn’t spooky and doesn’t need a buddy, other than you of course! He is nicely broke and has been enjoyed out on the trails and in the arena. He has been roped off outside too. Baron is typically a more whoa than go individual and a more ‘push’ style ride. He will do best with a confident beginner to intermediate level rider. Native Illuminator - YOUNG, HANDSOME, REGISTERED, BROKE GELDING HERE! Native Illuminator aka “Trooper” is a 2012 gelding who stands 15.2 hands and is very nicely built! He has a cute, short head, a wide chest, and a strong hip along with some really nice bone and feet. This guy is 1200 lbs + and really built to last!
Trooper has been extensively trail ridden. He’s been hauled to the mountains and used on weeklong camp trips. He will go where asked and really loves the water too! Trooper has also been enjoyed out on the ranch, checking cattle and fences. He is used to general everyday ranch commotion, traffic, other livestock and dogs. He has recently been getting more schooling in the arena where he has taken everything in stride. Trooper is a smooth ride, picks up his leads and rides around one handed. Lovingly referred to as “CJ,” this guy has a ton of personality and is loads of fun! Really nice pedigree going back to Zippo Pine Bar on the top and Sonny Dee Bar on the bottom. This guy is just gorgeous all around and is nicely broke. He rides low headed and is slow legged and super smooth! He rides one handed, picks up his leads and really wants to travel on a loose rein. Transitions easily and doesn’t fuss. This guy is so fun! CJ has been enjoyed out on the trails and on the ranch to push cattle and check fences. He has been schooled in the arena and has played on different obstacle courses. With his classy look and disposition, CJ would make a stellar ranch versatility partner! Dr Tuffys Hip Pocket - Stunning, young, buckskin who is just as sweet as he is gorgeous! Dr Tuffys Hip Pocket aka “Tuffy” is a 2016 AQHA gelding with one of those one in a million dispositions!
This guy is just QUIET! Even at his young age, this gelding is settled and completely comfortable in his own skin. Tuffy is one of those rare gems that will suit the less experienced riders in the family along with the city slicker friends. This gelding is slow legged with more whoa than go. If he is uncertain of his rider’s cues, he will just slow down or stop. This guy is big! He stands 15.2 hands and has all the shape and class in the world. He is a smooth ride and is coming along nicely one handed. Tuffy has been enjoyed out on the trails and on the ranch checking cattle and fences. Sir Lancelot - I am proud to introduce you to this 2014 GVHS gelding Sir Lancelot aka “Lance.” This stellar guy is truly the horse of a lifetime and gorgeous doesn’t even begin to cover it!
Black with chrome, Lance is by CiCi’s Sir Keith who is by St Clarins by The Business. His dam is an own daughter of Taliesin by The Bishop. This is an incredible, proven pedigree, and the quality of this gelding speaks for itself! Lance is a personable gelding. He really enjoys human interaction and likes being primped. Lance is broke to ride and drive double. He was introduced to driving at four and started his under-saddle career at five. This guy did not get pushed or pounded on at too early an age. He has been ridden english and western, has been enjoyed outside on the trails and on the ranch and has been schooled in the arena. He has had limited showing and parade riding as well. Lance enjoys outside riding and water a great deal. Lance is quiet and sensible. He will require someone who is familiar with the Gypsy breed standard of care. Lance is still young and does like having a job. He will do best moving forward with a confident intermediate/ advanced level rider. This guy would also excel in the show ring! 14.2h.
